Graduate/Junior Business Development & Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious graduate or early‑career professional to join a global manufacturing client’s sales team. You will work alongside an experienced Sales Manager, developing new business and supporting existing customers across the UK and Europe while receiving full product training and mentoring.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Support distributors and key accounts.
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows and exhibitions.
• Develop technical product knowledge through structured training.

Required profile

• A degree or 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, commercially minded attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or technical products is a plus but not essential.
