Key responsibilities

• Learn candidate management and recruitment fundamentals, including interviewing and qualifying teachers and support staff.
• Write CV profiles and market candidates to schools.
• Build relationships with education professionals and support the team to fill urgent vacancies.
• Work towards clear targets and earn commission from the start.
• Progress to business development, managing a client portfolio, negotiating placements and fees.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or trainee, preferably with part‑time work experience (retail, hospitality, sport, etc.).
• Competitive, resilient and motivated by success.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Desire a long‑term career rather than a short‑term job.
• Holder of a driving licence (or test booked).
