About the role
IMG, a global sports marketing agency, is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join its R&A content team. You will help shape visual communications for a portfolio of amateur sports brands and major events.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end creative development, from ideation through delivery.
- Support the wider content team by producing innovative graphics, digital campaigns and branding assets.
- Collaborate with account managers and content leads to develop concepts and ensure clear, concise briefs.
- Adopt a producer mindset to explore engaging visual solutions and meet tight timelines.
- Maintain brand continuity across all visual outputs for amateur brands.
- Assist the marketing and brand functions as needed, including occasional weekend work during major events such as The Open and the AIG Women’s Open.
Required profile
- Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly both visually and verbally.
- Excellent attention to detail and a problem‑solving attitude.
- Good time‑management skills for handling conflicting deadlines.
- Confidence to take initiative and work collaboratively with project leads.
