Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will shape, protect and evolve Believ’s visual identity across every touch‑point. Working within a fast‑moving scale‑up, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team and wider business to bring the brand to life through compelling design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual style across all channels.
• Act as the brand guardian, reviewing internal and external creative output for compliance with brand standards.
• Design high‑quality, on‑brand assets for digital, print, social media, events and internal communications, including campaign artwork, infographics, brochures, presentations, animations and web assets.
• Translate marketing briefs into visually engaging concepts that support commercial and communication objectives.
• Manage the end‑to‑end design workflow from concept through production and delivery.
• Provide branded templates and support to colleagues to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Liaise with external designers, printers and agencies when required.

Required profile

• Proven ability to shape and protect a brand’s visual identity across multiple media.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and experience ensuring consistency in creative output.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with marketing and cross‑functional teams.
