About the role
Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Graphic Designer Level 1 to replicate licensed sports apparel graphics across its global partner network. The role focuses on template‑based design work, ensuring every product meets brand and licensing standards while supporting both domestic and international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately replicate partner graphics for apparel, jerseys, and headwear, maintaining font, colour, and detail integrity.
- Collaborate with Product Design, Merchandising, Production Art, and Operations to roll out licensed designs.
- Adapt US‑market graphics for international audiences, preserving licensing accuracy.
- Build technical graphics that align with evolving production machinery and processes.
- Support creation of partner and buyer presentations that communicate design intent.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand and licensing guidelines.
- Interest in sports merchandise and e‑commerce environments.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Graphic setups and template‑based design.
- Typography and colour matching.
- Decoration processes and production‑ready artwork preparation.
