Graphic Designer – Sport (Hybrid, £33k)

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes sport to join an award‑winning, social‑first creative agency in London. The role is hybrid and focuses on creating scroll‑stopping social content for leading sports brands and rights holders.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching social media assets for football, motorsport, global events and major sports brands.
• Create YouTube thumbnails and other digital assets that maximise clicks and engagement.
• Produce creative for season launches, kit reveals, player signings, partnerships and live‑sport moments.
• Develop and evolve brand identities within the sports industry.
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives and account teams to bring ideas to life.
• Use social performance data and audience insights to refine creative output.
• Support motion design through animations and short video assets where required.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates social‑first graphic design.
• Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms.
• Passion for sport and understanding of fan culture.
• Excellent typography, branding, composition and visual storytelling.
• Background in an agency or fast‑paced creative environment.
