About the role
We are seeking a reliable Grounds Worker to join our growing tree surgery team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organised sites.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the tree surgery team on site
- Collect and remove branches, logs, and general green waste
- Rake leaves and clear debris from work areas
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support ground‑level tasks as directed
Required profile
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
