About the role
We are seeking an experienced Groundwork Foreman to lead daily groundwork activities on a large commercial construction project in Exeter. The role involves coordinating the team, interpreting site drawings, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily groundwork activities on site.
- Read and interpret site drawings and plans.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and motivate the groundwork team.
- Identify and address potential issues before they arise.
Required profile
- Proven experience in groundworks within a commercial setting.
- Valid CSCS card.
