About the role
We are seeking two experienced Groundworks Labourers to join a housing development project in Houghton Conquest. The role starts on 8 July 2026 and offers an ongoing, full‑time assignment at £20 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Assist groundworkers on a range of 278 works across the site.
- Carry out manual and machine‑assisted ground‑preparation tasks.
- Follow health‑and‑safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Work the scheduled shift from 07:30 to 16:30, booking nine hours per day.
Required profile
- Possess a valid CSCS or NPORS card.
- Hold appropriate PPE and personal tools.
- Able to communicate effectively with site teams and follow instructions.
- Available to work up to 45 hours per week.
- Previous groundworks experience is essential.
