Group Finance Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer, is seeking a Group Finance Manager to drive financial governance, procurement strategy, and digital transformation across the group. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will provide strategic insight that underpins sustainable, profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group‑level financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and treasury management.
• Ensure statutory compliance with IFRS, tax, labour laws and corporate governance.
• Oversee procurement strategy, supplier relationships and cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Drive digital transformation, ERP optimisation, automation and AI‑enabled process improvements.
• Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions, capital projects and strategic growth.

Required profile

• Completed BCom/BCompt and SAICA articles; Registered CA (SA).
• 7+ years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG or multi‑entity groups.
• Proven experience in procurement, legal/commercial contracts and finance automation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax, corporate governance and procurement best practices.
