Group FP&A Manager

About the role

The Group FP&A Manager will report directly to the CFO and act as a key driver of financial planning, performance analysis and strategic decision‑making across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide insight, challenge and commercial focus to support the company’s operational and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.
• Produce management information, KPI reporting and detailed financial analysis for senior leadership.
• Deliver variance analysis and performance commentary to highlight drivers of results.
• Support strategic decisions through scenario modelling and financial planning.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve business performance and drive investment appraisals.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes and financial systems.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models that underpin performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior decision‑makers and communicate financial information to non‑finance audiences.
• Proactive, commercially focused mindset with a track record of improving reporting or financial systems.
