Group HR Advisor – Winsford

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Group HR Advisor to join a growing company based in Winsford. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure HR processes align with business needs across multiple regional offices.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across five regional sites, travelling regularly.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and advise line managers on policies.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, including offer letters, contracts and new‑starter inductions.
• Handle employee relations matters such as disciplinary investigations, grievances, absence, performance management and exit interviews.
• Provide guidance on GDPR compliance.
• Research, organise and deliver training, and develop a new apprenticeship programme.
• Undertake additional HR duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in a UK HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law.
• Excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
• Willingness to travel to sites in the North West, Midlands and the South.
