Group Operations Executive – Spanish Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Group Operations Executive who is fluent in Spanish and English to join a leading inbound tour operator in London. The role involves managing group travel enquiries from initial contact through to the delivery of a complete itinerary across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming group travel enquiries and produce accurate quotations.
• Design bespoke itineraries for international groups, tailoring activities, accommodation and transport.
• Negotiate rates and availability with hotels, attractions and transport providers.
• Confirm bookings, prepare travel documentation and ensure smooth execution of the itinerary.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (essential).
• Previous experience in inbound travel, hotel group reservations, or hotel reception.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
