Group Reporting Accountant – First Move from Practice

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant to make their first move from audit practice into a dynamic Group Reporting team within a large international business. You will work on IFRS reporting, group consolidations and complex accounting projects while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform group consolidations across an international business.
• Prepare IFRS statutory financial statements and monthly, half‑year and year‑end group reports.
• Conduct technical accounting research and write accounting papers.
• Support complex accounting matters such as acquisitions, disposals and implementation of new accounting standards.
• Collaborate with external auditors and finance teams across multiple entities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes and controls.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Current experience in audit or financial reporting within a practice (Big 4, Top 10 or reputable regional firm).
• Strong technical foundation in IFRS, group audits and multi‑entity reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with international stakeholders.
