Group Reporting Manager

About the role

Radiant is expanding its AI infrastructure portfolio and needs a senior accountant to build and lead a world‑class Group Reporting function. You will be the trusted voice on consolidated financial information, supporting executives, the board and investors with accurate, timely data.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the consolidated financial reporting engine from the ground up, designing scalable processes and systems.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end close cycles across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring audit‑ready quality.
• Own IFRS consolidation and intercompany accounting, providing clear visibility of group profitability and liquidity.
• Collaborate with engineering, HR, operations and marketing to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Manage audit relationships, ensuring external auditors have confidence in controls and processes.
• Build and develop the Group Reporting team, hiring and mentoring finance professionals.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) with 5+ years of financial reporting experience, including at least 2 years in IFRS consolidation or group reporting.
• Strong technical skills in advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to work with enterprise accounting software.
• Deep understanding of IFRS 16 lease accounting and IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate finance concepts to non‑finance teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail and entrepreneurial drive to improve processes.
