Group Social Media Manager – Brewery Brands

About the role

As the Group Social Media Manager you will lead the planning, creation and delivery of content across a portfolio of iconic brewery, venue and visitor‑attraction brands. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial and E‑commerce teams you will shape each brand’s voice, grow online communities and drive visitors to taprooms and the online shop.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media channels on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, create and schedule daily content for multiple brands, including photography, video and Reels.
• Grow audiences, increase engagement and foster online communities.
• Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and audience conversations.
• Run paid social campaigns, optimise performance and manage budgets.
• Analyse performance data, produce insights and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Creative social‑media professional with a passion for storytelling.
• Experience creating engaging visual content and managing multiple brand accounts.
• Confident behind the camera and comfortable filming in brewery, taproom and event settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, organised and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
