Group Social Strategy Lead EMEA

About the role
The Group Social Strategy Lead EMEA will shape how a globally recognised technology brand engages enterprise and business audiences across the region. Working within a newly evolved Social & Influencer team, you will translate business priorities into compelling social narratives that drive engagement across multiple markets. This is a 12‑month hybrid contract (2 days onsite per week) reporting to senior marketing and communications leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Define the EMEA social strategy, audience narratives and channel priorities for business and enterprise audiences.
- Translate product and business objectives into creative briefs that inspire standout social campaigns.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing and Communications teams to align messaging and campaign priorities.
- Shape influencer strategy as part of integrated social campaigns.
- Use audience insights, performance data and cultural trends to continuously refine strategy.
- Lead quarterly planning cycles and contribute to best‑practice development across the wider social strategy team.
- Mentor colleagues and act as a trusted strategic advisor across the organisation.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a social strategist, brand strategist or strategic planner.
- Background in an agency, major consumer brand or technology business.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence influencing senior leaders.
- Ability to work across multiple markets and manage competing priorities.
- Commercial and analytical mindset, using insights to shape future strategy.
- Experience with B2B, enterprise or technology audiences is a plus, though top‑tier consumer brand experience is also valued.
