Group Systems & Cloud Engineer (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are looking for a Group Systems & Cloud Engineer to join our purpose‑led organisation in London. Working hybrid, you will own the core systems that support the Group, from identity management to multi‑cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full identity and access lifecycle across the Group.
• Administer Windows and macOS endpoints through an MDM solution.
• Maintain Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Slack Enterprise Grid.
• Support infrastructure on AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Automate operational workflows and drive infrastructure‑as‑code initiatives.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Ensure security and compliance with Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and UK GDPR.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Systems, Cloud, Infrastructure or Workplace Technology Engineer.
• Strong background with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Hands‑on knowledge of an IdP/MDM platform such as JumpCloud or Okta.
• Experience with SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM and user provisioning.
• Enterprise‑level management of Windows and macOS devices.
• Practical experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash or Google Apps Script.
• Excellent networking, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Exposure to Cloudflare One, CrowdStrike, Terraform, GitHub or Cisco Meraki is a plus.
