Group Treasury Manager

About the role

Join a rapidly growing, PE‑backed group as the Group Treasury Manager and take ownership of cash, debt and banking functions. You will shape the treasury agenda, support acquisitions and drive the optimisation of cash and funding across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the 12‑month integrated cash‑flow forecast, consolidating inputs from finance and non‑finance teams.
• Manage day‑to‑day debt facilities, act as primary contact for banking relationships and rationalise banking structures.
• Optimise interest income on surplus cash through deposits, sweep structures and intra‑entity cash movements while balancing liquidity and risk.
• Monitor interest‑rate risk, support hedging decisions (caps, swaps) and ensure covenant compliance.
• Model cash‑flow, liquidity and covenant impacts of acquisitions, lead treasury integration for new deals and embed forecasting into the Group.

Required profile

• 5+ years of treasury or cash‑management experience, preferably in a multi‑entity or PE‑backed environment.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or ACT‑qualified (AMCT).
• Proven ability to build forecasting tools and processes from scratch in a lean team.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with treasury/cash‑flow forecasting systems (e.g., Agicap).
• Hands‑on knowledge of banking partners, deposit optimisation and interest‑rate risk management.
