Group Warranty Executive – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Group Warranty Executive to join a successful automotive business. The role offers a 50% hybrid working pattern, providing a good work‑life balance while supporting multiple dealership sites.

Key responsibilities

• Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within required timescales.
• Audit warranty claims to ensure compliance with manufacturer policies.
• Liaise with dealerships and manufacturers on warranty queries and approvals.
• Monitor outstanding claims and drive prompt resolution.
• Identify trends and advise on improvements to warranty processes and recovery.
• Provide warranty training and best‑practice guidance to dealership teams.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate warranty records.
• Assist with manufacturer warranty audits when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in automotive warranty administration or as a warranty executive.
• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to build strong working relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Competent IT skills and experience using dealership management systems.
