Growth Analyst

About the role

This role sits at the heart of a fast‑growing, subscription‑based consumer business where analytics drives commercial decisions. You will partner with senior growth, marketing and product stakeholders to uncover and act on opportunities that accelerate acquisition, conversion and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion and retention funnels.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape strategy and prioritise initiatives.
• Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
• Analyse performance of campaigns, experiments and the customer lifecycle.
• Design, run and assess A/B tests and other experiments to measure impact.
• Diagnose performance trends and uncover underlying drivers.
• Provide clear insights that influence commercial decisions and balance growth with efficiency and profitability.
• Support improvement of data foundations, tracking and reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong experience working with large datasets and SQL.
• Background in growth, marketing or product analytics within a digitally focused business.
• Proven ability to move beyond reporting to generate insights and recommendations.
• Commercial awareness of business performance drivers.
• Confident stakeholder management with senior decision‑makers.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable working in ambiguity and driving projects forward.
