Growth Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Growth Marketer to own the full marketing ecosystem for a leading Manchester‑based property management and estate agency. The role combines creative content production with technical implementation to generate high‑quality leads and nurture them through automated funnels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule engaging content on Facebook and Instagram to build brand authority.
• Design, launch and optimise landing pages, lead capture forms and qualification workflows, using A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Manage lead routing, attribution and reporting within the CRM, ensuring accurate campaign‑to‑conversion tracking.
• Develop and maintain automated email, SMS and missed‑call sequences to engage inbound leads instantly.
• Execute targeted email newsletters and database re‑activation campaigns for landlords, investors and tenants.
• Support the implementation of AI‑powered response tools and other marketing automation systems.

Required profile

• Proactive marketer with a strong analytical mindset.
• Experience in managing end‑to‑end digital funnels for B2C or B2B services.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑focused environment.
