Growth Marketing Executive – Paid Media Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Growth Marketer with strong experience in paid media, performance marketing, PPC and digital advertising. You will manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive revenue growth and improve ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
- Handle daily budget management and performance tracking.
- Analyse data, report insights and improve campaign efficiency.
- Build briefs and support end‑to‑end campaign delivery.
- Drive growth, conversion, CPA improvements and overall ROI.
Required profile
- Strong experience in paid media platforms.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid project and time‑management abilities.
