Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Growth Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for one of our client’s flagship brands. Based in Swindon, you will own the end‑to‑end marketing plan, drive brand awareness, generate demand and accelerate customer acquisition through data‑driven, omnichannel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives.
• Identify priority markets, customer segments and channels to maximise lead generation and brand impact.
• Plan and execute full‑funnel, multichannel campaigns, overseeing paid media, automation and CRM‑driven initiatives.
• Manage campaign performance, ROI measurement frameworks and marketing budgets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to optimise marketing contribution to the pipeline and revenue.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high‑impact marketing projects.
• Produce performance reports and recommend continuous optimisation and innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior B2B marketing role.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable commercial growth.
• Strong expertise in demand generation, lead nurturing and sales‑focused marketing.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across sales, product and customer success.
