Guest Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Guest Experience Coordinator joins the Royal Scotsman team to ensure every guest receives impeccable service throughout their journey. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will help maintain the high standards of this luxury train experience and contribute to memorable travel storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communications and promptly address requests.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date guest profiles.
• Assist with guest reservations and coordinate transport arrangements.
• Facilitate check‑in and departure processes for passengers.
• Provide administrative support for daily train operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar guest‑service role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management, tourism or business studies.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office.
