Guest Manager

About the role

The Guest Manager will lead QVC UK’s Guest strategy and day‑to‑day Guest operations, ensuring that high‑quality, brand‑safe guests enhance the live shopping experience across broadcast, digital and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and develop the overall Guest strategy for QVC UK.
• Source, vet, book and brief guests who are credible, camera‑ready and commercially effective.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Buying, Production, Compliance, Editorial, Planning and other stakeholders to align Guest performance with sales and brand goals.
• Lead and coach a team, prioritise workload, manage performance and develop talent.
• Build strong partnerships with brands, vendors, agents, publicists and internal producers/presenters.
• Drive continuous improvement in Guest operations and contribute to broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in sourcing, vetting, booking and briefing guests for live broadcast or livestream environments.
• Proven ability to identify guests who are credible, camera‑ready, brand‑safe and commercially effective.
• Strong relationship‑management experience with external partners such as brands, agents and publicists, as well as internal production teams.
• Solid background in live TV, live social or broadcast production.
• Leadership experience in team management, coaching, performance management and talent development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
