About the role
Join our newly built care home in Largs to provide professional hairdressing services that enhance residents' wellbeing and confidence. You will deliver a range of personalised treatments in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hairdressing services such as washing, cutting and styling for residents.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming salon environment in line with hygiene standards.
- Manage appointments and work independently while collaborating with the care team.
- Build positive relationships with residents to support their dignity and wellbeing.
Required profile
- Qualified hairdresser with relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Caring, patient and respectful approach.
- Good understanding of hygiene and health‑and‑safety practices.
- Reliable and professional attitude.

What we offer
- £13.52 per hour.
- Full‑time and part‑time hours available.
- Paid PVG, pension and uniform.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (full‑time basis).
