Handyperson – Full‑time construction role in Exeter

About the role
Acorn by Synergie is looking for two reliable handypersons to join a reputable contractor on a new‑build project at the University of Exeter. This full‑time, temporary position offers long‑term stability on a well‑managed site.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out general handy work across the new‑build construction site
- Perform a variety of logistics and site‑support tasks
- Assist tradespeople and maintain site cleanliness and safety
Required profile
- Blue CSCS card (preferred)
- Full personal protective equipment: hard hat, high‑visibility clothing, steel‑toe boots
- Reliable, punctual and able to start at 8:00 am
- Strong work ethic and commitment to health and safety
Required skills
What we offer
- £20‑£21 per hour, dependent on trade background or supervisory experience
- Five‑day work week with CIS payment option
- Long‑term, full‑time placement on a respected construction contractor’s site
