About the role

Our client, a well‑established landscaping company operating across the South East, is seeking an experienced Hard Landscaper to join their growing team. This full‑time position offers the chance to lead high‑end private projects, work with a supportive professional crew, and develop a long‑term career in premium landscaping.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping to a high standard.
• Complete paving, block work, brick laying, clay paver installation and sub‑base preparation.
• Operate landscaping and construction machinery safely and efficiently.
• Manage personal workload, time and daily productivity on site.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify and resolve practical site issues independently where appropriate.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑quality landscaping and groundwork projects.
• Physically fit and capable of demanding manual work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
