About the role
We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to join a fast‑growing team developing wireless‑connected IoT products. The role covers the complete product lifecycle, from concept and schematic capture through to high‑volume manufacturing and regulatory approval.
Key responsibilities
- Lead hardware design from initial concept to production release.
- Create schematics, support PCB layout, and perform critical design analyses.
- Develop platforms using embedded processors, cellular modules and low‑power MCUs.
- Verify, validate and debug hardware designs using test equipment.
- Maintain technical, test and manufacturing documentation.
- Support regulatory compliance (RED, safety) and certification activities.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure smooth product introduction and ongoing production.
- Review manufacturing quality reports and assist in issue resolution.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial product development for high‑volume manufacture.
- Strong background in power design, RF front‑end, and embedded interfaces.
- Hands‑on experience with design verification, DFM and regulatory certification.
Required skills
- DC‑DC converters, linear regulators, Power over Ethernet (PoE)
- Low‑noise power design for RF applications
- GSM transient load management
- I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485, DDR memory, NOR/NAND flash
- Ethernet (10/100/GbE), USB 3.0, PCIe, SFP
- Cellular modems, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Wi‑Fi
- RF front‑end design, LNA, PA, RF filters
- Schematic capture, PCB design and layout, high‑speed/high‑frequency PCB design
- Design verification & validation, Design for Manufacture (DFM)
- Regulatory compliance and certification
- Oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, network analysers, radio/RF test equipment
