Hardware Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in the development of next‑generation test and measurement solutions. This hybrid role (on‑site Tuesdays and Thursdays) offers the chance to shape product road‑maps and deliver innovative hardware and software products for global telecom operators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Electronics, Mechanical and Software Engineering teams through the full product development lifecycle.
• Plan, budget and manage complex new product introduction projects.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to define and refine product requirements and roadmap.
• Provide leadership, direction and support to engineers, including line‑management responsibilities.

Required profile

• Degree in Electronics, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong project‑management experience delivering combined hardware and software products.
• Proven ability to organise, prioritise and deliver in a dynamic environment.
• Pragmatic, commercially aware decision‑making approach.
