Harvest Operators & Drivers – Seasonal Roles in Nottinghamshire

About the role

FarmFarm Solutions, a family‑owned farming and agricultural contracting business in Nottinghamshire, is expanding its harvest team for the 2026 season. The company operates a modern fleet of machinery for whole‑crop, cereal and maize harvests and seeks experienced operators and drivers to join a professional, supportive team during the busiest period of the farming calendar.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and drive a range of specialised harvest equipment, including overload trailers, chaser bins, Unimog tractors, loading shovels and forage machinery.
• Transport harvested crops safely between fields, storage areas and processing sites.
• Assist with loading, unloading and positioning of equipment to maintain efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of harvest operations.

Required profile

• Full, clean driving licence.
• Previous experience in a similar agricultural driving or operating role is preferred.
• Willingness to work long hours during peak harvest periods.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating modern agricultural machinery and vehicles.
