Head Coach – Fitness Leadership

About the role

Everlast Gyms is looking for a Head Coach to own the fitness product on the gym floor. Reporting to the General Manager, you will inspire members and staff, lead by example, and ensure a premium fitness experience.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador and uphold brand standards.
• Lead delivery of MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training and Group Training programmes.
• Drive member engagement through national initiatives, in‑gym challenges and events.
• Recruit, train and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, providing constructive feedback.
• Manage group training timetables and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Own REDEFINE sales, cohort participation and member results.
• Deliver on‑shift classes and personal training sessions to company standards.
• Support new member sales, retention and revenue generation across all fitness services.

Required profile

• Passionate health, fitness and wellness advocate.
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA Practitioner status.
• Proven experience delivering personal training and a variety of group training modalities.
• Strong leadership with the ability to coach, motivate and inspire a team.
• Up‑to‑date with industry trends and fitness innovations.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
