Head Concierge – Residential Development, West London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head Concierge to lead the concierge team at a modern residential development in West London. Reporting to the Site Lead, you will be the first point of escalation during your shift and will ensure the highest standards of service and site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support the concierge team throughout their shifts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
• Manage resident queries, complaints and incident resolution.
• Oversee contractors, conduct building inspections and perform Health & Safety checks.
• Support planned maintenance, operational projects and ensure compliance with records and standards.

Required profile

• Current experience as a Senior Concierge, Head Concierge, Duty Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership qualities with a calm, organised approach to decision‑making.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
