About the role

The school is seeking an enthusiastic Head of Business to lead its Business department from September 2026. This full‑time position offers the chance to shape a supportive, inclusive learning environment and drive academic excellence for secondary‑school students.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all students.
• Lead the Business department, overseeing curriculum development and delivery.
• Monitor and drive academic progress of Business students.

• Manage staff performance, planning, preparation, and marking time.
