About the role
The Head of Change Management will lead London CIV’s enterprise‑wide change agenda, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This senior leadership position is responsible for embedding change across the organisation, ensuring initiatives are delivered sustainably and align with strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the change management function, overseeing a portfolio of strategic, operational, regulatory and technology initiatives.
- Provide governance, prioritisation and delivery oversight for change programmes, driving measurable benefits.
- Engage with the Executive Committee and senior stakeholders to secure alignment and confidence.
- Develop change leadership capability across the organisation, building high‑performing teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading enterprise‑wide change and transformation programmes within regulated financial services, asset management or pensions.
- Track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a risk‑aware environment.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working closely with executive committees and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated people‑leadership skills, including building and managing high‑performing teams.
