Head of Channel – Merchants

About the role

ADEY, the UK market leader in residential water‑treatment solutions, is seeking a Head of Channel (Merchants) to drive growth across its Residential and Commercial channels in the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Sales leadership team, you will lead a group of Account Managers and internal sales staff to maximise merchant and distributor performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers responsible for national merchant and distributor accounts.
• Coordinate with Residential teams to activate larger merchant branches.
• Develop and execute channel strategy, tactical sales plans and pricing structures.
• Own demand forecasting and channel budgeting, feeding insights into the S&OP process.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key customers, identifying new market and product opportunities.
• Represent the ADEY brand, ensuring alignment with Marketing initiatives and promoting a customer‑centric culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B distribution or channel management.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and market‑share expansion.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and coaching abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a data‑driven approach to pricing and forecasting.
