Head of Corporate Shared Services Technology

About the role

The Head of Corporate Shared Services Technology will lead the technology function for non‑client‑facing operations within Citi’s Chief Operating Office. Reporting to the COO and CIO, you will shape the architecture, strategy and execution for cash management, payments controls, global reconciliations, regulatory reporting and payroll across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the technology vision and roadmap for corporate shared services.
• Standardise and simplify a fragmented application landscape to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Lead the adoption of Generative AI, automation and data‑centric solutions across core operational functions.
• Collaborate with cross‑business teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Oversee the modernisation of enterprise applications and process re‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in technology strategy for large‑scale financial or corporate operations.
• Deep understanding of cash services, payments controls, reconciliation and regulatory reporting processes.
• Track record of delivering transformation programmes that leverage AI, automation and data architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
