Head of Creative Design

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Head of Creative Design to shape the visual identity of our premium hospitality portfolio. Based in Central London, you will lead brand development, campaign execution and storytelling across all guest touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the creative vision for multiple hospitality brands, ensuring consistency and innovation across digital, print and motion assets.
• Lead brand launches, new venue openings and major campaigns, translating commercial objectives into compelling visual narratives.
• Oversee the production of website content, paid‑media creatives, CRM assets, social media visuals, menus, signage and event collateral.
• Increase the use of motion graphics and animated video to enhance digital storytelling and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Marketing, Operations and Leadership to align creative output with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading creative teams within hospitality, retail or related sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering design that drives brand perception and revenue growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate strategic objectives into visual concepts.
• Hands‑on approach to creative execution combined with the ability to manage external agencies.
