Head of Creative Services

About the role

The Head of Creative Services is responsible for translating Jimmy Choo’s creative vision into flawless, world‑class production across all markets and channels. Reporting to the VP Brand Image, this senior leader works closely with Marketing, Communications, Merchandising, Digital and regional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the global creative services workflow for campaigns, product launches and content initiatives.
• Build and implement processes, timelines and governance frameworks to enable efficient cross‑functional collaboration.
• Maintain production calendars aligned with seasonal milestones and commercial priorities.
• Lead in‑house production of global campaigns, overseeing pre‑production, shoot execution, post‑production, retouching, adaptation and asset delivery.
• Plan budgets, control costs and ensure all assets meet luxury production standards.
• Select and manage external production partners, negotiate contracts and secure legal usage rights.
• Coordinate 360° launch planning with retail, e‑commerce, social, CRM, wholesale, PR and visual merchandising teams.
• Provide creative guidelines and toolkits to enable consistent global execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end creative services for global luxury or fashion brands.
• Strong operational and budget management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and regions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
