Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and governance of curriculum frameworks, learning outcomes and assessment standards across the ICAS qualification suite.
• Drive future‑focused qualification development and maintain high standards of assessment.
• Oversee curriculum and learning outcomes governance, ensuring compliance with quality‑assurance processes.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align curriculum with professional needs.
• Provide leadership to the technical assessment team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountancy qualification or an equivalent professional credential.
• Proven experience in curriculum and assessment leadership within a professional body, awarding organisation or higher education.
• Strong background in governance and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
