As Head of Customer (Property) you will sit at the heart of the customer operation, driving occupancy, conversion and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and conversion performance across the portfolio.
• Manage day‑to‑day customer operations and service delivery.
• Improve processes, handle escalations and resolve complex cases.
• Build stronger resident engagement and a sense of belonging.
• Own and monitor key operational KPIs.
• Champion the customer experience across the organisation.

Required profile

• Strong leadership with commercial awareness.
• Customer‑experience focus and community‑building mindset.
• Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a scaling environment.
• Background in property, hospitality, build‑to‑rent, membership/community businesses, or high‑growth operational settings.
• Proven champion of the end‑to‑end customer journey.
