Head of Digital Experience Secure Channels

About the role

NatWest CWS is seeking a Head of Digital Experience Secure Channels on a 12‑month contract to lead the digital product team for Coutts mobile apps and online banking platforms. You will shape the digital experience strategy for Private Banking & Wealth Management, balancing personal relationships with world‑class digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Product team responsible for Coutts iOS app and online banking channels.
• Define and execute the secure channels strategic plan and technology transformation.
• Prioritise channel development requests and drive incremental, iterative delivery.
• Collaborate with P&L owners to align changes with the Digital Experience and brand strategy.
• Act as business owner for secure digital channels, monitoring performance, security, accessibility and resilience.
• Make operational decisions including go‑live approvals, outage management and disaster‑recovery reviews.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in digital product management, preferably within banking or wealth‑management.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage risk.
• Track record of delivering secure, high‑quality digital experiences for high‑net‑worth clients.
