Head of Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy and execution across all channels. The role will shape the brand’s online presence, create immersive experiences, and integrate digital and physical customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals and target audiences.
• Design growth initiatives to boost brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaigns to optimise performance.
• Oversee creation and distribution of high‑quality digital content across websites, social media, email and other channels.
• Manage and enhance the marketing CRM (HubSpot) and use it for audience segmentation.
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Analyse analytics and customer insights to inform decisions and track KPIs and ROI.
• Control the digital budget to maximise impact while ensuring cost‑efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, boutique, customer service, PR and partner teams to align strategies and drive results.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in financial services and luxury sectors.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable plans.
• Creative, strategic thinker with a growth mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project‑management skills.
