Head of Ecommerce & Social Commerce

About the role

The Head of Ecommerce & Social Commerce will own the commercial performance of the international online business for a fast‑scaling beauty brand. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the digital trading strategy across ecommerce, social commerce, CRM and customer acquisition on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L and commercial performance of the international ecommerce business.
• Develop and execute the digital trading strategy across ecommerce and social commerce channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention through data‑led decision making.
• Design CRM and lifecycle marketing programmes to boost customer lifetime value.
• Optimise onsite performance, merchandising and the overall customer experience for international shoppers.
• Lead social commerce initiatives, creator partnerships and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximise commercial results.
• Champion innovation in ecommerce technology, AI and emerging platforms.
• Build and lead a high‑performing digital team while influencing broader commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in ecommerce, digital trading or social commerce.
• Proven ownership of commercial performance and online trading growth.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• Data‑driven approach to optimise ecommerce performance.
• Experience managing agencies, creators and strategic partners.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across functions.
