About the role

A growing software company at the heart of the digital manufacturing revolution is looking for a Head of Engineering. Its product transforms manufacturing through automation and is becoming an AI-first SaaS product, trusted by global brands across aerospace, defence, mobility and industrials. You will lead the day-to-day engineering teams of a fast-growing venture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day engineering operations and 6 engineering teams.
• Project vision and leadership.
• Handle hands-on technical escalations.
• Manage infrastructure (reliability, uptime).
• Interface with business teams in London.
• Drive quality, efficiency and technical excellence.

Required profile

• +5 years of experience as Head of Engineering.
• Experience with high-complexity SaaS products and managing teams of over 20 engineers.
• Started career as a software engineer.
• Degree in Computer Science.

Required skills

• Strong hands-on technical background.
• Strong architectural experience.
