About the role
As Head of Events you will own the operational standards for every conference we run, overseeing the end‑to‑end execution of ten European private‑equity conferences each year. You will work on‑site at our London headquarters and travel to conference locations across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full event lifecycle, from venue selection and supplier sourcing to on‑site execution.
- Research, negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers for branding, catering, logistics and other event services.
- Plan and coordinate VIP events, lunches, dinners and after‑hours activities for sponsors and attendees.
- Control budgets, review costs and ensure financial targets are met.
- Lead on‑site teams, ensuring smooth delivery and a high‑quality attendee experience.
Required profile
- Fluent French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, calm under tight deadlines and able to manage multiple moving parts.
- Proactive operator who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
