Head of FP&A

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing, multi‑entity business looking for a commercially focused Head of FP&A. You will partner directly with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and strategic analysis in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all FP&A and management reporting activities across the group.
• Deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling to support decision‑making.
• Produce board‑level reports and commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support strategic growth initiatives, investment readiness and exit‑readiness projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with operational teams to enhance KPI tracking and business performance analysis.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Extensive FP&A and commercial finance experience, preferably in fast‑paced, scaling, distribution‑led businesses.
• Background in a Big Four or private‑equity‑backed environment with exposure to M&A, investment activities and board reporting.
• Hands‑on, proactive and commercially minded approach.
