About the role
The Head of Growth & Marketing will shape and execute an omnichannel growth strategy for a fast‑growing consumer brand. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine strategic vision with hands‑on delivery across brand, retail and eCommerce channels to drive revenue and market expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement an omnichannel growth plan covering brand, retail and eCommerce.
- Lead digital performance across paid media, Amazon, TikTok and CRM programmes.
- Conceptualise and launch creative campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage key retail relationships and support commercial planning.
- Oversee international marketing activities and market expansion initiatives.
- Lead, mentor and grow the in‑house marketing and design team.
Required profile
- Proven marketing leader with a strong growth focus.
- Experience in consumer brands, preferably FMCG or similar.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce and digital channels.
- Track record of driving revenue and performance.
- Confident managing retail partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience leading high‑performing teams.
- Data‑driven with strong analytical capabilities.
