• Lead, manage, and develop a large and established Humanities faculty to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Drive academic excellence across all humanities disciplines, including History, Geography, and Religious Studies.
• Motivate and mentor a talented team of educators, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.
• Implement strategic initiatives to ensure outstanding student results and curriculum innovation.
• Align departmental goals with the core values and culture of Trinity School and the Newbury Academy Trust.

Profil recherche

• An exemplary teacher with a proven track record of classroom excellence and passion for the Humanities.
• An experienced Head of Department or an aspiring leader with the confidence to manage a significant faculty.
• A strong, credible leader capable of inspiring staff and driving student ambition.
• Ability to teach across multiple humanities disciplines (History, Geography, RE, etc.).
• Deep commitment to student progress and ensuring high-quality outcomes for all learners.
